Henrik Puggaard has, for several years, been much involved in the change processes of enterprises (M&A, establishment and restructuring) and the commercial property market (property development, construction projects and conveyancing) and, by extension, banking and finance law.

Since 2004, he has focused on PPP (Public Private Partnerships), including by being on secondment in England, and, since this model was applied for the first time in Denmark in 2005, he has been involved in practically all Danish PPP projects. As a result, Henrik is one of the most experienced legal advisors within PPP and PPC (Public Private Cooperation), including particularly as regards the use of competitive dialogue as a tender procedure.

Henrik has considerable experience in advising on as well as preparing loan documentation (finance agreements and security documentation) and legal opinions for financial businesses and has, moreover, specialised in conducting lawsuits regarding investment products and investment advice, including instituting group actions.
