Nick has multi-faceted litigation practice, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour class actions, trade secret theft, wrongful termination, discrimination, disability, employee mobility, and other employment litigation matters.  Nick’s litigation practice also focuses on securities litigation matters, including the representation of a federal court-appointed receiver in a major SEC enforcement action, and litigation relating to securities fraud, director/trustee liability and negligence, auditor liability, auction rate securities, and secondary market life insurance policies.

Beyond litigation, Nick regularly provides counsel regarding employment related issues.  He is also active in the firm’s emerging growth programs and advises multiple technology startup companies across the country.

During law school, Nick spent a semester as a Legal Fellow at the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, in Washington, DC, where he worked on religious discrimination and voting rights issues.
