About

Abigail Reardon is a New York litigator with more than three decades of experience in complex commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, mediation and strategic counselling. She focuses on transaction structuring, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in the technology field as well as in the energy and financial services sectors.

Abigail provides comprehensive contract strategy and administration advice for domestic and multinational technology, manufacturing and energy companies, for stand-alone agreements or agreements across business units and as part of transactions with licensing, supply or development issues or other related contract issues. As litigation costs and delays have risen dramatically, she has focused not just on formal litigation or arbitration but on advice at the start of a business relationship, in light of the needs of the client's whole business in ever-changing environments, and on pre-dispute and early dispute strategic advice.
