Matthew Riley focuses his practice in California federal and state courts representing employers in a variety of industries, including primarily in the retail industry, against wage-and-hour class action and private attorney general representative actions. Matthew also defends employers in single-plaintiff actions alleging discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and he advises employers on compliance with wage-and-hour laws and in responding to incidents of workplace violence.
