Scott K. Robinson focuses his practice on the resolution of family disputes. He has more than 25 years of experience in negotiating marital settlement agreements and litigating family law matters including property issues, spousal support, child support and child custody. 

His practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of complex prenuptial, postnuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements. Scott handles cases in California and in other states and countries with the participation of local counsel.

Scott's practice involves advising clients on all aspects of their marital relationship and/or dissolution process, including valuing a broad array of assets such as closely and publicly held business entities, professional practices, stock options and other equity interests, deferred compensation, real estate, motion picture, television and music rights, art, antique and automobile collections, and other valuable personal property.
