Alaa Salaheldin advises domestic and foreign clients across industry sectors on a broad range of data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including incident response, crisis management, related investigations and litigation, privacy assessments, privacy program development, advertising technology and cross-border data transfers.

Alaa has experience with federal, state and international privacy and cybersecurity laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), CLOUD Act, European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), unfair, deceptive, and abusive trade practices laws, biometric privacy laws and state data security and breach notification statutes. As part of her practice, Alaa also develops internal and external-facing privacy policies and procedures.
