Mary Shepro is a litigator who has appeared in federal and state courts across the country. Much of Mary's experience has been in the sports business, and Mary has represented and counselled teams, owners, universities, investors, sports data companies and other parties in litigation, mediation and transactions related to professional and collegiate athletics.

In addition to sports litigation, Mary litigates a diverse range of complex matters, including antitrust litigation, securities litigation, financial services litigation, as well as disputes arising under federal statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act. She also has experience with the United States bankruptcy laws and disputes involving contract, tort and statutory claims.
