Erica Sitkoff concentrates her practice in transactional real estate law.

Erica has represented institutional, commercial and developer clients in matters throughout the country relating to the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of various property types, including multi-family, hotel, office, retail and industrial.

Erica has experience in federal and state government real estate finance programs for the development of multi-family rental and for-sale housing. She has worked on related projects including the development, purchase, sale, and public and private financing of multi-family housing developments in Chicago and throughout the country.
