Emily has over 15 years of commercial legal experience advising clients on a wide range of technology-related and other commercial contracts, including outsourcings, electronic trading, market data, intellectual property and data protection.

Having spent 11 years in-house at major international bank in London, Emily has a particular focus on the financial services sector and a passion for technology and innovation. Following increased regulatory focus and scrutiny on financial institutions, Emily's role at the bank since 2012 saw her leading on client money and asset protection globally for the bank's investment arm. Most recently she headed Structural Reform in Legal with the creation of the UK's first ring-fenced bank in April 2018. This role saw her work closely with the Bank's senior management and UK regulators giving her a strong appreciation of the rapidly evolving commercial and regulatory environments.
