  • The international consulting group FTI Consulting in connection with its leasing of approximately 121,000 square feet at 1166 Avenue of the Americas to serve as its new headquarters space. The lease allows FTI expand their premises in the building through various options.
  • SL Green Realty Corp., Manhattan's largest office landlord, in a 99-year ground lease of 126-132 Nassau Street where SL Green intends to develop a new, as-of-right, 215,000-square-foot building.
  • Shorenstein in the purchase and financing of the 2MC North Office Element and the 3MC Office, Retail and Parking Elements within MiamiCentral Station, a nine-acre mixed-use railroad station development complex known as Virgin MiamiCentral in downtown Miami. MiamiCentral Station serves Virgin Trains USA higher-speed rail, formerly known as Brightline, connecting Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. The transaction involved obtaining financing in the amount of US$126 million, an evaluation of complex commercial condominium issues and the review of municipal and state railroad easements and approvals
  • New York County Lawyer's Association in the sale of their landmark building at 14 Vesey Street and their lease of space for their relocation at Fosun's 28 Liberty Street building (formerly One Chase Manhattan Plaza)
  • BMO Capital Markets in leasing new offices consisting of 215,000 square feet at 4 Time Square from the Durst Organization
  • Commerz Real AG and HousInvest in the acquisition of 125 S. Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois
  • JOSS Realty Partners B LLC in the formation of a joint venture with Morrison Street Capital, the syndication of interests, the acquisition of 55 Walkers Brook Drive, Reading Massachusetts for over US$32 million and the financing of such acquisition by East Boston Savings Bank
  • UNIZO in the sale of the office building at 24-28 West 25th Street to Savanna for US$110 million, the sale of the office building at 321 West 44th Street to Related for US$152.5 million, and the sale of the office building at 440 Ninth Avenue to Taconic and TH Real Estate for US$270 million
