Marina Stefanova focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, energy and technology sectors.

Marina has experience in a wide range of matters in state and federal court, including False Claims Act litigation, state attorney general actions, contract disputes, as well as cases involving business torts and unfair business practices. She has handled all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial preparation. Marina has also worked on all phases of an arbitration before the American Arbitration Association and has extensive experience with post-arbitration proceedings in federal court.

Before entering private practice, Marina served as a Judicial Clerk to The Honorable Jane J. Boyle in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She also interned for The Honorable Xavier Rodriguez in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. In addition, Marina worked as a student attorney at The University of Texas School of Law Immigration Clinic, where she participated in an Immigration Court proceeding resulting in asylum for her clients.
