Courtney Stewart is a trial lawyer experienced in patent and complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients in matters before the Federal Circuit, Fifth Circuit, District Courts in Texas, California, and Delaware, as well as the International Trade Commission.

Before joining DLA Piper in 2005, Courtney clerked for U.S. District Judge Sam Sparks in the Western District of Texas for two years.

Courtney is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and has worked on civil rights impact litigation focused on children in poverty and school education issues.
