Hunter Street focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing and financing work throughout the United States. His clients include private equity companies, institutional investors, and companies with a focus in the industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, and data center, digital infrastructure, and technology sectors.

His recent representations include representing platform data center developers and operators negotiating build-to-suit leases, master services agreements, and other commercial transactions with major technology companies in both the United States and Europe, and acquiring operating data centers for private equity-backed real estate and technology funds.

Hunter also represents both landlord and tenant clients in a wide-range of commercial and build-to-suit leasing transactions and associated agreements in the industrial, warehouse, distribution, medical, retail, and office spaces from both a landlord's and tenant's perspective.
