Nick Tamburri represents employers on a broad spectrum of employment-related litigation matters before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and in arbitrations. 

Nick has represented clients in matters involving contractual disputes, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge and/or harassment claims and restrictive covenant violations. Nick has also represented employers in single-plaintiff and collective/class actions. In addition to his litigation experience, Nick counsels clients on various aspects of the employment relationship, including personnel policies, employee handbooks, separation agreements and non-compete issues.
