Paul Tiburzi focuses his practice on public law, sports law and administrative litigation matters.

Paul has appeared before most of Maryland's administrative agencies and has handled appellate litigation arising from administrative decisions. He has counseled clients, including professional sports teams, on political and financing issues related to the development and use of stadiums and sports venues. Paul has served as Maryland legislative counsel to many Fortune 500 companies. Since 1992, Paul has taken the lead in representing the Maryland Tort Reform Coalition, a group of Maryland employers seeking to support Maryland's positive tort laws. The coalition includes Wells Fargo, McCormick, M&T Bank, MedStar Health, T. Rowe Price, Legg Mason, State Farm and Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Paul is chair of the firm's State Public Policy and Administrative Law practice. For many years Paul served as managing partner of the firm's Baltimore office.
