Hilary Turner advises institutional investors in negotiation and structuring of investments in U.S., European and Asian alternative assets, including private equity funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, venture funds, hedge funds and credit funds, as well as bespoke investment vehicles and separate accounts. She routinely assists U.S. and non-U.S. clients with review and negotiation of investment documentation, including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, side letters and private placement memoranda.

Hilary assists clients in large-scale secondary portfolio transactions, co-investments and direct portfolio company investments. She also counsels clients on a variety of investment-related matters, such as review of "most favored nation" side letter elections, amendments to governing documents, restructurings, and general partner removals as well as review and negotiation of documents in connection with the acquisition and sale of partnership interests in large secondary transactions.
