Hayley Wallace concentrates her practice on employment matters.

Hayley has experience defending employers in California state court, federal courts and administrative proceedings. She has represented employers in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits as well as putative class actions. Hayley defends wage and hour class actions involving claims of meal and rest period violations, failure to pay wages and/or bonuses, off-the-clock work, misclassification and seating claims. She also represents employers in cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, trade secrets, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

Hayley provides day-to-day advice and counsel to employers on domestic and international employment issues that include employment policies and procedures, wage and hour compliance, and manager and employee training. In addition to her employment experience, Hayley has also counseled clients on compliance with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and related state and federal consumer privacy laws.
