  • Representing the Sultanate of Oman in connection with a claim by a Saudi investor pursuant to the OIC Agreement concerning a construction project.
  • Representing a significant construction and engineering joint venture contractor in an ICC arbitration arising out of a multi-billion-dollar LNG project off the coast of northern Australia.
