Jessica Woolley is a policy advisor in DLA Piper's Federal Law and Policy practice. She advises clients on a diverse range of legislative and administrative policy issues including foreign policy and development, international trade, homeland security and economic policy. Ms. Woolley works with the EU public policy team in Brussels as well as DLA Piper's attorneys around the world. Ms. Woolley's knowledge of the legislative and regulatory process is an asset to corporate clients, foreign governments and nonprofits. With bipartisan experience, Ms. Woolley seeks to build consensus and work across the aisle with members of both parties. In addition to lobbying and government relations, she coordinates strategic communications and grassroots efforts for clients.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Ms. Woolley spent several years working in the US House of Representatives for members of the Blue Dog Coalition, a group of moderate Democrats. She maintains a close working relationship with members of leadership in the House. Ms. Woolley has worked on several campaigns and remains active in Democratic Party politics.
