Jonathan Wright represents sponsors, investors and lenders in the development and financing of renewable and conventional power generation and other infrastructure projects, as well as in mergers and acquisitions involving power and infrastructure assets.

He also represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in matters concerning wholesale electric energy markets, natural gas pipelines, electric transmission facilities, and energy storage infrastructure. Prior to joining, Jonathan served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of General Counsel at FERC. In that role, he routinely handled matters related the Standard Generation Interconnection Procedures and the Standard Generation Interconnection Agreement, applicable to most new, grid-scale generation projects. He also handled a variety of matters concerning the California Independent System Operator's regional electric market, comprised almost entirely of renewable and natural gas generation and energy storage resources.
