He represents clients in various capacities in financing, development, corporate and commercial matters involving MLB, NBA, NFL and MLS teams. Greg has represented a variety of borrowers, investors, financial institutions and issuers in connection with the development and financing of various sports stadiums and arena complexes.
Representative matters in the sports industry include transactions involving the Texas Rangers, Atlanta Braves and Chicago Cubs; the Los Angeles Chargers, Las Vegas Raiders, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers; the Los Angeles Clippers, Milwaukee Bucks, Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors; the Seattle Sounders, Philadelphia Union, Portland Timbers, Los Angeles Football Club, Orlando City SC, Inter Miami CF, San Jose Earthquakes and Nashville SC.
Greg also has experience representing entertainment companies, banks and institutional investors in connection with various entertainment financing transactions.
Greg has also represented sponsors, lenders and other participants in the financing, development, construction and operation of energy and infrastructure projects, both in the United States and abroad.
