Lisa represents employers and management in litigation and counsels clients on a broad range of employment matters.

In litigation, Lisa has experience representing clients' interests in federal and state courts and arbitrations, as well as before federal and state administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, on issues concerning discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and tort claims.

Lisa also advises employers on a variety of employment-related issues, developments and best practices, including those related to anti-discrimination laws, independent contractors, employee investigations, employee performance, discipline and termination issues, temporary disability plans, employment agreements, separation agreements and issues related to leave laws and other workplace policies.
