Jasmine Zacharias focuses on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, public and private companies, individuals and family offices in a wide variety of corporate financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, portfolio company financings, syndicated and bilateral financings and complex debt restructurings. Jasmine also represents banks, hedge funds, mezzanine funds and other lenders in secured and unsecured financings, mezzanine financings, and other types of financing arrangements.

Jasmine works with clients across a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged loans (first lien and second lien), asset-based loans, unsecured loans, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, fund capital call loans, restructurings and DIP and exit facilities. Jasmine's clients include private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, publicly traded and privately held companies, family offices, sports franchises and high net worth individuals.

Jasmine's practice also focuses on representing banks, mezzanine funds, hedge funds and the credit affiliates of private equity firms in their lending activities.She has extensive experience in junior capital lending transactions, intercreditor issues and secured creditor rights.

Jasmine has worked with borrowers and lenders across a variety of industries, including consumer products, gaming, healthcare, sports, investment funds, technology, food and beverage, retail and manufacturing.

  • Affiliates of Stellex Capital Management in connection with the secured financing of its acquisition of Paragon Metals, LLC
  • Affiliates of Crestview Advisors in connection with their acquisition of ATC Drivetrain, a leading independent remanufacturer of automotive drivetrain components (primarily transmissions, engines and related components) for in-warranty vehicles in the United States
  • Centre Partners in connection with the secured financing of its acquisition of Nearly Natural, a leading e-commerce vendor and drop-shipper of artificial plant products
  • Siris Capital Group, LLC in connection with the secured financing of its acquisition of Intralinks Holdings, Inc. from Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR)
  • The middle market fund of a global private equity firm in connection with its secured financing for its acquisition of an operator of adolescent behavioral health treatment centers in the United States
  • Sun Capital in connection with its secured financing for its acquisition of AMES Taping Tools
  • Vista Equity Partners and its portfolio company, Aptean, Inc., in connection with Aptean's senior secured refinancing for its dividend recapitalization transaction

  • CDK Global, Inc., a provider of IT and digital marketing products to auto retailers, in its revolving credit facility, term loan facility and bridge loan facility totaling $1.35 billion in connection with its spin-off from its parent, Automatic Data Processing Inc.
  • Wesley R.
