EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Revetas Capital, a vertically integrated Pan-European real estate investment advisor and manager, on the sale of the Trinity One office complex in Warsaw, comprising approximately 19,820 m² of modern office space, including drafting and negotiating the property sale and partial leaseback agreements, as well as strategic financing and tax advisory services.
  • Advising Kuwait Financial Centre "Markaz" and Panattoni, the owners of a logistics park in northern Poland with a total GLA of 103,000 m², on selling the joint-venture SPV to a leading South African investment fund, including advice on maintaining the facility agreement, financing the project, underwriting the R&W insurance, and complex rental guarantees deposited in escrow accounts.
  • Advising Panattoni Europe on its long-standing partnership with Accolade Holding, a leading Czech investment fund, on building a portfolio of multi-tenant warehouse parks in key regional cities, including three strategically located parks in Świdnik, Białystok, and Kielce, collectively offering over 60,000 m² GLA, as part of a broader collaboration covering 44 developments to date.
  • Advising Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen) on a EUR120 million refinancing of four Private Rented Sector (PRS) residential projects in Warsaw, Wrocław and Kraków developed by AFI Home, including preparing and negotiating the real estate sections of finance documentation as well as conducting real estate due diligence on the financed properties.
  • Advising Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over USD 1 trillion of assets under management, on the ongoing asset management of a strategically significant portfolio of real estate assets located across Poland, including lease negotiations, regulatory compliance, operational matters, sustainability clauses, and representing the client in insolvency proceedings related to one of the tenants.
