  • Served as national discovery counsel for a global pharmaceutical and medical devices company operating in 100 countries. Our representation includes preparing legal holds for matters involving employees in multiple countries, including Australia, Chile, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, UAE, the UK and US, as well as coordinating data collection from Denmark, Germany, Norway, the UK and US, and advising on data preservation and retention issues. We assist in data identification, counsel on issues related to data from legacy company systems, manage document review and production and prepare information technology 30(b)(6) witnesses.
