Ron Dimock is one of Canada’s leading IP litigators, mediators and arbitrators. He has participated in more patent, trade-mark and copyright trials and appeals than any other lawyer in the country and speaks regularly at conferences on IP law matters. Ron has also authored many leading industry publications on civil litigation as well as IP law and disputes.
Bruce Stratton co-chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology (“IPT”) Group and has immense experience in patent, trade-mark and copyright litigation with a particular emphasis on patent disputes concerning computer-related technology. Author of the Annotated Patent Act, he is frequently invited to speak and write on diverse topics in IP law.
Howard Krupat is a leading practitioner in construction law and has extensive experience as lead counsel on complex construction disputes. Howard is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, a former Chair of the Construction & Infrastructure Law Section Executive of the Ontario Bar Association and recently served as an appointed member of the Advisory Panel for the Province of Ontario’s Construction Lien Act Review. He regularly speaks at conferences on construction law, in addition to devoting a substantial amount of time to industry and professional associations.
