Kara Davis practises civil litigation with a focus on corporate commercial disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency restructurings, and education law.

Kara has successfully represented clients in matters before mediators, arbitrators, and Alberta’s Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench.  

While in law school Kara assisted self-represented litigants through the Pro Bono Students Canada Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project at the Calgary Courts Centre and continues to do so through the firm’s partnership with Pro Bono Law Alberta.

Kara earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. During law school, she participated in an exchange semester at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, where she focused on European and international commercial law.
