Sean Frederick practises corporate commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate ‎structuring, and banking and finance.‎

Sean has experience representing public and private companies in a variety of corporate commercial ‎matters, including acquisitions and sales of businesses, corporate governance, and financing ‎transactions. He has represented clients across a diverse range of industries, including energy, ‎construction, mining, hospitality, and financial services.‎

Sean received his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Prior to attending law school, Sean ‎obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) also from the University of Calgary.‎
