Anna is a Corporate lawyer and the Co-Head of DLA Piper’s International Corporate Reorganizations practice. She has over 20 years' experience advising on complex national and cross-border corporate matters, with a particular focus on large, multi-jurisdiction reorganisations and restructurings including high profile spin-offs.
Working closely with many DLA offices, relationship firms and accountants across the globe on a daily basis, Anna has strong connections and teams that she has built to deliver significant and complex transactions. She project manages complex transactions and step-plans, whether that be as part of a carve-out, post-acquisition integration, entity rationalisation, tax optimisation project or general group re-alignment. She has completed both cross-border reorganizations and acquisitions and disposals for clients which include NYSE listed companies and market leaders, such as Arconic, Klockner Pentaplast, Howmet Aerospace, Medtronic and GE.
