Kate Cervantes-Knox has extensive experience advising clients in relation to international arbitration disputes across a range of sectors including energy, construction, infrastructure, technology and telecommunications.

Kate represents clients in ad hoc arbitrations and arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules. She also has particular experience of claims under investment treaties (both bilateral and multilateral).  Kate is a fluent Spanish speaker and is one of the partners leading the firm's Latin America disputes practice.

Kate is a Visiting Professor at the University of Law, London.
