Her extensive experience includes in particular the management of disciplinary procedures and the termination of employment contracts, reorganization projects and more generally all staff representatives issues (e.g. information/consultation procedures). She has further developed a specific expertise regarding the implementation of codes of conduct and whistleblowing procedures.

She also regularly represents clients before the French courts in case of litigation.
