Ana Antonijevic focuses her practice on labor and corporate law, providing judicial representation of domestic and foreign clients in matters related to individual and collective labor law.

In addition, Ana focuses on labor compliance, participating in internal investigations into sexual harassment, labor harassment, discrimination, and any other matter that may result from the infringement of workers' fundamental rights in Chile.

She has advised several clients in labor and immigration matters, advising national and international companies on hiring and terminating workers, outsourcing and subcontracting services, labor matters related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence.

  • An important Chilean company dedicated to the manufacture, distribution and sale of cleaning, disinfecting and kitchen products in the analysis of various inspections and sanction proceedings initiated by the Sanitary Authority
  • Agrovision, a company dedicated to the development, production and export of high-quality agricultural products, with a focus on sustainability and technology, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Zurgroup S.A. and its subsidiaries, a company undergoing judicial reorganization and dedicated to the farming, packing and exporting of berries, cherries and other berry varieties
  • A leading manufacturer of hygiene products worldwide, in the negotiation, analysis and preparation of the Warehousing and Inventory Management Agreement signed with a tailor-made integrated logistics solutions company to entrust the latter with the operation of warehousing and inventory management in the Product Distribution Center, previously used by the first company mentioned
  • Fen Ventures III Fund LP in negotiating and preparing an equity investment in Xeptiva Therapeutics, a biotechnology company developing therapies to treat chronic diseases in pets, as part of a US$2.5 million Series Seed round
  • A company that manufactures and distributes leading international brands in cleaning, disinfection and cooking products in lawsuits brought against the company by employees or service providers
  • Companies of different sizes and industries in updating their internal policies and procedures in the context of Karin's Law, which aims to prevent, investigate and penalize workplace harassment and violence
