Kirk Bennett advises U.S. multinationals on a variety of international tax issues, cross-border transactions, and related disputes. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Kirk served as an attorney in the IRS Office of the Associate Chief Counsel (International), where he focused on matters involving subpart F, global intangible low-taxed income (GILTI), the passive foreign investment company (PFIC) rules, and complex controversy.
