Pierluigi Feliciani gained a notable experience in advising international and Italian clients on all aspects of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on venture capital, private equity, complex and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and group reorganizations.

Pierluigi deals with clients working in a broad range of industries such as technology, insurance, private capital, financial institutions, automotive, energy and natural resources, consumer, healthcare and life sciences, on staying in control of the most complex projects. His experience with multi-practice and multi-jurisdiction projects has given him a global reach, that enables him to advise on all types of corporate-related transactions, whether local, inbound, outbound, or regional cross-border.

While Pierluigi's primary experience lies in advising larger corporations, he also gained experience working with start-ups and venture capital funds. Pierluigi is passionate about supporting the growth and success of start-ups and is always seeking out new opportunities to apply his skills and experience in this space.
