Justyna Helbing specialises in immigration issues related to the legalisation of work and residence of foreigners in Poland. She also advises clients on the conclusion, termination and evaluation of employment and civil law contracts, as well as drafting and implementing internal documents such as work regulations, remuneration regulations, and remote work regulations. 

In addition, Justyna assists in preparing legal opinions and providing legal advice on current labour law issues, including those related to various forms of employment, posting employees, employee documentation, working hours, and legal obligations of employers.
