Aarmaan has experience in advising on a range of corporate transactions including domestic and multi-jurisdictional private M&A, private equity, international corporate reorganisations and general company law and compliance matters, in the industrials and real estate sectors.
Aarmaan has acted for multi-national clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US and brings a mixture of technical excellence and commerciality to any transaction he is a part of. Aarmaan also has experience of working in the Middle Eastern market having completed a six month secondment with our Corporate team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

- Advising ForFarmers NV on its (now aborted) agreement to merge ForFarmers United Kingdom and 2Agriculture into a joint venture.
- Advising the shareholders of TruNarrative Limited, a financial-crime software business, on its sale to the RELX group.
- Advising Finning on its acquisition of Hydraquip, the UK’s largest independent provider of mobile hydraulics services.
- Advising MKS Instruments on its acquisition of Atotech, a leading process chemicals technology company and a market leader in advanced electroplating solutions.
- Advising Ecolab on its acquisition of Techtex Holdings Limited, a manufacturer and supplier of a range of domestic and commercial hygiene products.
