Naomi delivers practical, commercial advice to global and domestic clients on all aspects of the employment relationship. She has particular experience in advising on multi-jurisdictional projects, employment litigation and global mobility matters. Adopting a collaborative approach, Naomi supports HR and in-house legal teams on the management of strategic employment decisions and related non-contentious processes. Particular areas of interest include workplace investigations, protected disclosures, AI workplace tools and managing and attracting talent to include supporting on a wide range of challenges such as right to work issues and managing post termination restrictions.

Prior Experience

Naomi trained, qualified and worked with a top Irish domestic firm for seven years. Prior to joining DLA Piper Ireland, Naomi worked with the employment law team of an international law firm based in London.
