EXPERIENCE

Eugenio participated actively in ZoomAgri’s “Series A” financing round, in which the company raised US$ 6MM.

He also took part of the negotiations which led to the IDB Lab (Inter-American Development Bank) granting a loan to ZoomAgri in 2024.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Eugenio served as a legal assistant and as lawyer at an ag-tech startup. In this role, he managed the legal affairs of the Argentine subsidiary and provided legal support to the company’s operations in Australia, Brazil, and Spain. His responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts, finance matters, labor and social security issues, the drafting of the company’s ESG and compliance policies, and channeling communications with and debriefing to shareholders.  

Eugenio’s experience also includes working in civil and commercial litigation and corporate law/regulatory at two other reputed Buenos Aires law firms.
