Diego Scarpino is an Associate in DLA Piper's labour and employment law practice in its Madrid office (Spain). He focuses his professional activity on providing strategic advice to medium and large companies in all types of labour and Social Security and HR activities, both nationally and internationally and in companies from different sectors. Furthermore, he also has experience in coordinating cross-border projects.

He provides advice on labour and Social Security matters, in corporate purchase and sale operations and in all the processes derived from such operations, labour contracting in its different modalities, individual and collective dismissals, amendment of working conditions, disciplinary sanctions, conciliations and legal assistance in litigation of an employment related nature, among others.
