Alison Lewandoski focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation and counseling.

Alison represents employers and senior executives before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, in both single and multi-plaintiff actions, as well as putative class actions. Her experience includes defense of claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, claims brought pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act and state and local wage and hour laws, and disputes involving the enforcement of employment contracts and restrictive covenants.

Alison also advises clients on compliance with local, state and federal laws, with respect to a wide variety of employment-related matters, including terminations and other disciplinary actions, employment and separation agreements, employment policies and practices and litigation avoidance.
