He has advised a diverse range of clients, including funds, real estate developers, REITs (both public and private), managers, general partners, limited partners, portfolio companies, international investors (including sovereign wealth funds), and tax-exempt investors in connection with the tax aspects of a full range of transactions and planning opportunities, including fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, secondary market transactions, and structuring for non-U.S. operations and investments.
