Five DLA Piper Canada partners named Leading Life Sciences Lawyers

Five DLA Piper Canada partners have been named Leading Life Sciences Lawyers in Canada ‎by ‎the Legal Media ‎Guide’s (LMG) 2021 Life Sciences ranking guide, while the firm was recommended in the area of Product Liability.

LMG is the definitive ranking guide for outstanding work in the life science sector, recognizing ‎‎the diverse range of legal expertise required to navigate the intricacies of life science products. The Life Sciences research, rankings, and analysis provides independent and impartial accreditation across North America, covering over 100 full service and boutique firms, and over 1,100 individual lawyers and practitioners. ‎

‎Canadian partners Noam Goodman (Financial & Corporate), Geoff Mowatt (Intellectual Property), David Neave (Product Liability), Sangeetha Punniyamoorthy (Intellectual Property) and Rebecca von Rüti (Product Liability) were named as leading lawyers in the 2021 guide.‎ ‎Noam Goodman was also shortlisted for the LMG Life Sciences Canadian Financial & Corporate Attorney of ‎the Year award, while David Neave was shortlisted in the Canadian Product Liability Attorney of the Year‎ category and Geoff Mowatt was shortlisted for Canadian Patent Strategy Practitioner of the Year. The firm was shortlisted as Canadian Product Liability Firm of the Year.‎
