About

Bradley Levy concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate law, representing private equity companies, developers, REITs and financial institutions in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, with a particular concentration in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.

Bradley has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of a broad range of hospitality assets throughout the United States and the Caribbean, including full service hotels and resorts, select service hotels and extended stay properties. Bradley regularly advises clients on the negotiation of hotel management agreements with both brand-owned and independent managers as well as franchise agreements with all of the major US hotel brands. He also counsels clients on food and beverage operations and other hospitality operation matters, and coordinates with DLA Piper colleagues across the hospitality sector to advise on labor and employment, REIT structuring and intellectual property matters.

In the healthcare sector, Bradley regularly advises both operators and investors in the acquisition, sale, development and financing of senior housing facilities and medical office buildings, including individual asset transactions throughout the US, hospital campuses and large national portfolios.

Bradley also represents clients on acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage, mezzanine and construction financing, joint ventures, ground leases, management agreements, loan originations, note purchases and workouts across several additional asset classes, including retail, office, multifamily, student housing and self-storage.
