Senior AttorneyKatie Allison advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, restructurings, and bankruptcies both domestically and abroad. Katie has experience in distressed transactions both in and out of bankruptcy. Katie has also assisted in advising a variety of clients in complex business reorganizations and insolvency matters.
