Chloe Cumber’s recent experience includes advising on complex high value competition litigation disputes in the Competition Appeal Tribunal and High Court, civil cartel investigations, EU and UK merger investigations, accusations of abuses of dominance and national security / foreign direct investment.

Chloe has acted for leading corporates in a number of sectors, with particular experience in the sports, technology and consumer goods sectors.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Football Dataco in relation to the Competition Appeal Tribunal and High Court challenge brought by Sportradar whereby Sportradar had accused Football Dataco and its exclusive licensee (BetGenius) of abuse of dominance and entering into an anticompetitive agreement.
  • Advising Heineken UK in the PCA investigation and appeal.
  • Advising a confidential client in relation to on-going commercial and competition law proceedings.
  • Advising a leading automotive company on competition compliance issues.
  • Advising Korean Air on its acquisition of Asiana Airlines.
  • Advising on various merger control and national security / foreign direct investment matters in a variety of sectors.
