Kurt's practice encompasses both domestic and international strategic commercial and technology arrangements, including route-to-market and supply chain strategy, technology contracts, ecommerce and consumer law, and data protection. His skillset lends itself to guiding businesses in leveraging technology to achieve their commercial ambitions, often on an international scale.

Kurt has a depth of experience across of range of sectors, most notably in automotive, advanced manufacturing, and consumer goods. He has undertaken secondments at two major British car brands.

  • Advising a high-tech consumer electronics company on the restructure of its international components and assembly supply chain using cutting-edge third-party technology.
  • Advising a leading university on its procurement of a state-of-the-art robotic manufacturing cell and associated software licence as part of a wider collaboration with three industrial partners.
  • Advising the owner of household beauty brands on all aspects of the launch of its direct-to-consumer ecommerce websites in several key markets.
  • Advising a major international automotive brand on its first launch into the European market.
