Patrick Fulton has practised exclusively as a litigator and regulatory lawyer, with a wide practice covering both contentious and non-contentious matters across a number of sectors, including Financial Services, Real Estate and Industrials.

He is experienced in representing clients in the Scottish Courts, regularly drafting court documents and appearing in the Sheriff Courts or working with Counsel in the Court of Session.

Patrick has a particular interest in assisting clients in matters involving financial services and corporate insolvency.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper Patrick worked extensively in the field of health and safety and regularly advises clients on their duties and obligations in this regard - dealing with litigated claims as well as regulatory investigations/prosecutions and fatal accident inquiry’s.
