About

Ryan is a commercial contracts specialist who is passionate about helping clients to compete more effectively on the global stage.

Translating legal complexity into commercial clarity, Ryan advises on a broad range of contractual arrangements which underpin our clients' business operations. He supports clients in navigating supply chain challenges, pursuing innovative new business models, and entering new markets.

Dealing with issues spanning the length and breadth of the supply chain, Ryan advises on strategic procurement contracts; manufacturing arrangements; warehousing and logistics contracts; international distribution networks; arrangements with commercial agents, resellers and other intermediaries; contracts relating to the development, ownership and use of intellectual property (IP) assets; e-commerce and consumer law issues.

Ryan is Global Co-Chair of DLA Piper's Commercial Contracts Group and, leveraging our impressive global platform, he routinely advises on complex projects spanning multiple jurisdictions.
