Erik Ramm is a partner in DLA Piper’s Oslo office and has led or worked on the largest and most complex transactions, loan work-outs and restructurings in the Norwegian/Nordic market for the last 20 year period, and has been instrumental in shaping the local market. He works with and serves as strategic advisor to all the major banks as well as a number of large corporates in the Norwegian market.

Erik is ranked as leading in the category Banking and Finance in the 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 editions of Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, IFLR1000, and Legal 500.
