  • Acting for one of Australia’s largest auto companies in relation to their agreement for lease and lease documents for their new distribution centre in Brisbane.
  • Acting for an Australian/Singaporean group on the due diligence, FIRB approvals and subsequent acquisitions of national logistic companies.
  • Acting for Goodman Group on the leasing of industrial sites in Port Melbourne.

  • Acting for some of Victoria’s largest property developers, in the acquisition and development of land, specifically greenfield and high-rise residential and mixed-use developments, as well as general advisory work and the preparation of pre-sale contracts.
